About the author
Peter Laugesen was born in 1942. Expelled from the Situationist International for being a poet in 1963, he has since concentrated his revolutionary activities around poetry. In addition to his more than 50 books since Landskab, published underground in 1967, he has worked with poetry as painting ("writing on the wall"), as music and theatre, and has also translated Antonin Artaud, Heiner Müller, Gunnar Björling, Charles Olson, Georg Büchner, Heinrich von Kleist, Peter Handke, Novalis, William Shakespeare and others.
