About the author
David Miller was born in Melbourne in 1950, and has lived in London since 1972. His publications include Pictures of Mercy: Selected Poems (Stride Publications), W.H. Hudson and the Elusive Paradise (Macmillan), Stromata (Burning Deck Press), Collected Poems (University of Salzburg Press), and Spiritual Letters (I-II) (Reality Street Editions). He has edited Music while drowning: German Expressionist Poetry (with Stephen Watts, Tate Publishing) and The ABCs of Robert Lax (with Nicholas Zurbrugg, Stride Publications). His writing is represented in several anthologies, including The New British Poetry, 1968–1988 (edited by Gillian Allnutt, Ken Edwards et al, Paladin Books).
